complete with massive funding, strategic
focus groups, espionage and counter-espionage on the political front with guns
blazing ahead of 2017.
That Raila Odinga led Cord has established an
elaborate parallel intelligence network able to intercept state secret
documents is in no doubt. Last week, Cord principals led by Kalonzo Musyoka
called a press conference to unleash a secret
high voltage letter claimed to have originated from the Office of the
President and by extention State House. That no senior government official has
come out to deny the letter circulated by the opposition has left many
unanswered questions.
