The
National Police Service Commission is set to recruit 10,000 candidates for both
the regular police and the administration police in a bid to strengthen the
police service.
The
recruitment scheduled for the 14th July will target youth below 28 years with a
minimum of D+ in their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
Those
interested for the position will be required to write an application addressed
to the chairperson, National Police Service Commission stating preference
attaching academic certificate and testimonies, copy of the ID and
recommendation from a respected member of the community who should either be a
head-teacher, religious or community leader. No letter from politicians will be
accepted.
